Role summary: The purpose of the Job is to achieve set production targets of the r PET plant and general management of the Shift and team.

Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor the daily operations of the recycling washing machines during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize impact on operations. This includes mechanical, electrical, and control system problems.

Quality Control: Ensure the washing machines operate within specified parameters to produce high-quality recycled materials.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Conduct safety audits and participate in safety training sessions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and repairs. Ensure all logs and reports are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other shift engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and effective communication across teams.

Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Position’s requirements:

Good English-speaking skills is mandatory

PGD PPT CIPET/ B. Tech Mechanical

Min 5-8 years of relevant experience in wash-line for bottle grade flakes

Knowledge in r PET production and Boretech Washline is preferrable
