A bidiyon, sojan mai suna Lance Corporal Martins, ya ci mutuncin shugaban hukumar sojin Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, da sauran hafsoshin tsaro na Najeriya da suka ki daukar wani mataki akan kashe-kashen da ‘yan ta’adda ke yi a Najeriya.
