YEIDEP Programme Current Update: Application Status, Bank Account Collation, Disbursement Schedule and Program Awareness

The Youth Economic Intervention and De-Radicalization Programme (YEIDEP) is a Federal Government of Nigeria initiative offering grants of ₦50,000 to ₦500,000, training, and job creation opportunities for Nigerian youths, particularly those in agribusiness, food processing, and agricultural startups.

Application Status: Registration for YEIDEP 2025 remains open, with over 5.15 million youths registered.

Bank Account Collation: The collation of beneficiary bank accounts occurred from June 1 to June 10, 2025, targeting over 5 million youths for the ₦500,000 grant and training. 

Applicants should ensure their date of birth matches across BVN, NIN, and application details to avoid issues.

Disbursement Schedule: Funds for Batch A beneficiaries are scheduled to be disbursed from July 1 to July 31, 2025. Bank notifications are expected to begin in July 2025.

Program Awareness: There have been calls for increased awareness and engagement, with some X users questioning the progress of promised updates from the Federal Ministry of Youth Development around June 12, 2025. No new updates on these engagements were found as of today.
