NIRSAL Microfinance Bank’s official website is usually under a ".com" or ".org" domain, like nirsalmfb.ng. 

The link in the message could lead to a phishing site designed to steal personal information.

The message lacks specific details about the program and uses a generic "Dear Household beneficiary" greeting, which is common in scam messages to cast a wide net. 

Legitimate institutions usually address you by name and provide clear program details.

Timing Discrepancy: The message is dated April 19, 2025, but claims the cash transfer is for "April NCTO." Since today is April 21, 2025, the timing seems off, and legitimate programs often have clear deadlines or schedules.

The sender "NIRSAL_NG" via a platform like MTN NG might not be official. Scammers often spoof names to appear legitimate.
