The Youth of Enterprise (YOE) Internship Programme, an initiative by EnterpriseNGR, is a paid six-month program designed to empower Nigerian university graduates aged 18-26 with practical work experience, mentorship, and employability skills.
It aims to address youth unemployment and underemployment by placing participants in high-value internships with prestigious organizations like Access Bank Plc, PwC, and FBNQuest.
The program, which has launched its sixth cohort in 2025, equips young talents with professional competence through on-the-job training and networking opportunities, fostering career growth and personal development.
Eligibility requires Nigerian citizenship, a minimum 2:2 degree, NYSC completion, and residency in Nigeria.
