The NNPC/Heirs Energies Joint Venture has launched the OML 17 University Scholarship Programme (USP), offering a transformative opportunity for educational growth.
Starting today, July 21, 2025, this initiative will provide full scholarships to 300 first-year students enrolled in government-owned universities across Nigeria.
The programme, driven by the OML 17 Host Communities Development Trust (HCDT), aims to foster sustainable development and empower youth through education.
