Eligibility and Entry Qualifications

Candidates must meet specific educational and experience requirements:

• Senior Lecturer: Masters Degree with 9 years post-graduation experience or Ph.D. with 6 years, plus conference papers and TRCN registration.

• Lecturer I: Masters Degree with 6 years experience or Ph.D. with 3 years, plus journal publications and TRCN registration.

• Lecturer II: Good Education biased first Degree with 6 years experience or Masters with 3 years, plus conference papers.

• Lecturer III: Good Education biased first Degree with minimum Second-Class Lower Division, plus TRCN registration.

• Assistant Lecturer: Good Education biased first Degree with Second-Class Lower Division, plus NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.

• Non-Teaching Roles: Vary by position, e.g., Pharmacist requires a second-class honor degree and valid practicing license.
