The late actor had passed away on the 2nd of March, 2024 after a protracted health struggle and amputation of his leg. He was aged 63 years.

 

Mr. Ibu will be buried in his birthplace of Amuri, in the Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State, according to a statement made by his family on April 13.

Tuesday, June 25, 2024, will see the unique march between Nollywood and Rangers International. The next day, Mr. Ibu’s Candlelight Procession will take place.
