NPC Training Suspended Update Today 12th April 2023: Four Reasons For Suspended LGA Level Training

*REASONS WHY THE TRAINING FOR ENUMERATORS AND SUPERVISORS WAS SUSPENDED*

The talk of increasing the training of enumerators and supervisors is true, and the increase is necessary for some reasons.  Both sunset and sunrise come from the lower level, that is from Abuja.

 It is necessary to extend the training due to some reasons such as:-

1. *OUTPUT OF NAMES*:- During the last meeting, the census leaders of the states confirmed to the president that the names they released did not release the names of all the enumerators and supervisors, and they confirmed that many states still have a large number of enumerators and  Supervisors are what you need.  The National President was not happy with their explanation, so he said that the training should not start until each LGA has completed the number of its employees and all names have been drawn.

2. *CHANGE THE WAY THE PROJECT WILL RUN*:- The technical team has confirmed that there will be problems if the project is not changed. At first, each Enumerator will run one EA alone, and now they want to join the team.  of enumerators, 5 people, 4 people should be called PDAs, they collect data, one person is a reserve, they will send more than one EA together from one EA to another.  like that until all the EAs.

3. *LACK OF PERMANENT CLASSES (CLASSES)* :- The supervisors of the classes have confirmed that some classes do not have seats for others and permission from the school owners has not yet been obtained.

4. *CHANGE THE NUMBER OF TEACHERS IN EACH CLASS* :- In principle, we want to have 3 teachers in each class with 40 people, but the number of teachers is not my head, it is recommended to have 2 teachers in each class.

*POSITION* :- In the end, they were ordered to settle down and overcome every problem in a short time, son of Asamu Agudanar and giving the training.  Whenever they solve these problems, training will begin.
